INFORMED CAREERS is composed of highly experienced Coaches with business world experience in holding corporate executive positions, consulting, and executive search which provides us with shared perspectives with our Executive clientele.  We have held similar positions and pursued job searches and career transitions ourselves which have provided each of our Coaches with valuable lessons learned that we wish to share with fellow executives based upon our own and clientele’s experience.   

Our Coaches’ executive search experience also provides an in depth knowledge of the job market and client evolving needs.  This is a rapidly changing job and career market that requires targeted and focused efforts based upon what is happening in today’s market.  We can frequently tell when a candidate has been to many outplacement or career coaching services when we review their resume and need to put it back into a useful approach for that candidate based upon the realities of the job market.  

While an executive search firm’s client is the hiring organization, INFORMED CAREERS’ client is the individual Executive.  We work with each Executive to represent themselves to their greatest advantage.   

INFORMED CAREERS believes that Executives need and deserve a proven and strategic search process with customized, individual coaching support to be most effective and efficient in their efforts. Our telephone coaching sessions and email information exchanges provide the job search support needed via a more time effective basis for our busy Executive clients. In person meetings are used on a periodic basis only when warranted. INFORMED CAREERS is not focused on selling our Executive clientele books, seminar series, temporary office space, secretarial support, or facilitated job search group sessions like many of our competitors.
