INFORMED CAREERS is a career coaching firm that specializes in working on an individual basis with Executives on their job searches and career transitions.  INFORMED CAREERS Coaches specialize in particular industry and/or functional areas to best provide the hands on experience to make the coaching experience valuable and impactful for their clientele. 

We deploy proven methodologies to rapidly and effectively enable executives to start up and focus their job searches to achieve their desired results.  We provide the tools to enable executives to perform, track, refine and achieve their desired results from a job search and/or career transition.  

Our coaching services are individualized and one on one to get the directed personal feedback and input that is needed by Executives. INFORMED CAREERS does not use Group sessions which we feel are better suited for lower level employees. Executives can utilize other venues for networking and socializing about their job searches including alumni organizations, local networking and religious based networking groups, etc. In general, INFORMED CAREERS believes that networking with employed groups at industry events and employed Executives with potential opportunities is a better use of an Executive’s time than spent with other job seekers. We do encourage our Executive clientele to have select search “buddies” to work with and get guidance, but generally feel that the best advice comes from experienced Coaches working with a proven methodology.  

INFORMED CAREERS provides most coaching via scheduled 50 minute telephone sessions to minimize travel time and maximize impact time working with busy Executives. Those sessions are typically weekly to start and then modified as needed as an Executive moves through our search process. Our Coaches are encouraging, sympathetic and supportive but believe that providing honest, direct, and informed advice and reflection is what most Executives need to be effective in implementing an effective search process.
